Step 1: Category Selection
  Schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions select the categories they wish to participate in.

Step 2: Registration
 Participants complete a registration form to officially enter the Expo Education competition.

Step 3: Voting Process
After performances, voting is conducted by 10,000 voters. Voting can be done online.

Step 4: Voter Breakdown and Voting Weightage
The votes are counted based on different groups, with each group having a specific vote weightage.

1. Teachers: 1,000 votes
2. Student Families: 1,000 votes
3.  Outside Audience: 3,000 votes
4. Sponsors: 2,000 votes
5. Judges: 3,000 votes

Step 5: Competition Stages

1.  Initial Selection: Begin with 100 contestants who participate and receive certificates.
2.  Top 10 Selection: Through a series of competitions, the participants are narrowed down to the top 10. Those who make it to the top 10 receive awards shields, certificates, and gift hampers.
3. Final Competition: The top 10 contestants compete against each other in the final round.
4. Winners Announcement: From the top 10, the top 3 winners are selected based on their final performances. The top 3 receive awards shields, certificates, gift hampers, cash, and other prizes.
